	What's new to G-Net v2.8? We are really excited to release the latest version of G-Net. It's been completely redone from start to finish. It's faster, even slicker, and easier to use than before. With new features such as a new widescreen aspect ratio, email from a drop-down menu, and better graphics, why shouldn't you upgrade? This page lists all the new features of G-Net 2.8. 	Our first exciting feature is a new 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. This not only makes it look a lot better in fullscreen mode if you have a modern laptop, but this allows for us to fit in more shortcuts, allowing you to get to your favorite websites faster, which is what G-Net is all about.
	We are also very thrilled to put email shortcuts from a dropdown menu. Now you can access all your email faster and easier. Infact, using email from a dropdown menu on G-Net v2.8 has been shown to be up to 142% faster than G-Net v2.31, 177% faster than Internet Explorer 9, 223% faster than Mozilla Firefox 7, and 316% faster than Google Chrome.* Emailing with G-Net 2.8 is now a faster and more intuitive experience, and using it is amazing.
	Our next exciting feature in G-Net 2.8 is about the layout. The shortcut icons have been rearranged to fit the new 16:9 aspect ratio, which leaves room for two new buttons. Also, since Apple has now discontinued their MobileME service, it has been replaced with an iCloud button (found under the Email dropdown menu.) You'll also notice we've kept the same familiar tan color scheme and smooth crisp graphics in the previous versions, unlike Internet Explorer's tendency to practically sell you a different browser each release. The Facebook and Ostrichtopia icons are their familiar blue and lime green color respectively.
